Before installing the battery, please note that you need to leave 1.97-3.94 in (50-100 mm) for the top of the battery; the side with busbars needs to be left at least 7.87 in (200 mm).

This was used in conjunction with a 200w solar array and Renogy charge controller. Plug-and-play installation and it worked flawlessly. The discharge and capacity/overall performance was immediately recognizably better than what I was used to with the exact same spec AGM battery from Renogy. Great value.

Great battery. Have a Renogy solar panel so this was a good addition. Use it in conjunction with a RenogyONE and the Renogy Battery shunt. Works well, alerts and blocks over charge (which is the only alert I have… inadvertently… tested 🙄)

Bought 4 of these. All showed up within 1/10 volt of each other. Capacity is as advertised. Very compact for the capacity. Packaging and units themselves are very high quality. Renogy is a real company with offices in California. Support leaves a little to be desired, but there is support. There a lot of companies popping and selling lithium iron phosphate batteries. They can be dangerous if they fail, so buy from somewhere reputable.

Amazing off-grid battery
I’ve been using the Renogy Off-Grid Lithium Battery, and it’s been amazing. It’s lightweight, easy to install, and handles my off-grid power needs perfectly. LIFePO4 batteries are safer than older Lead-acid batteries, even it’s a bit pricey, the performance makes it worth it.

After using the Renogy LiFePO4 Lithium Batteries (100Ah and 300Ah) in my trailer setup, I can confidently say that these batteries are an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their off-grid power solution. Both batteries are solidly built with a compact and sleek design, which makes them easy to install in my trailer’s limited space. They’re significantly lighter than traditional lead-acid batteries, which is a major plus for a mobile setup.

Junk- don’t buy.
Appeared working when I bought it but as soon as I got out on a camping trip it wouldn’t hold a charge. Had to take a day of my vacation to drive to another town 3 hours away to get a replacement. The guy who owned the solar shop was happy to show me that half of the dead batteries on his recycle palette were Renogy’s. Warranty/customer service experience was awful, took almost 2 months to get a refund. But at least they sent a call tag for the battery? Anyway, I’m done with this company, gonna replace my Renogy chargers with Victron products as soon as I get the chance.
