I installed this unit on my 2010 forest river travel trailer for boondocking / off grid application. I have a 12 volt system. With 2 AGM Walmart batteries. They are wired in parrel and the system is for basic functions of my trailer. The refrigerator, lights, furnace are primary and some extra power from the inverter for USB charging.I had been using a 160 watt portable unit that did a good job, but I was always worried about someone stealing it when I was away from my trailer.Unit came in a few days. Packaging was undamaged. I have professional craftsman experience and used hand power tools, hand tools, sockets, electrical strippers and crimpers, drill and drill bits or hole saws ect. The solar panel electrical wires were easy plug and play. But you need tools to mount the feet and fasten them down. The kit did not come with screws for mounting controller or fender washer for the screws mounting the feet to the top of my trailer.I needed better protection and ability in the controller so I bought one separately and installed it. BougeRV pictured above. In light rain when it’s gray out I get a single amp. To me that’s good under poor conditions.Panels produce 8 or 9 amps under bright sunlight from 10 am to 3 pm. To me that’s very good.My install took some time like 6-7 hours. going up and down from the roof was the wort of it.I used plastic plumbers tape to fasten wires to the wall in my exposed install. That’s what I had on hand. The wire provided for between the controller to the battery was very short and I wanted my controller visible. The wires for the solar panels were long so I cut it and added in electrical couplings to make the others longer.Aside from the cheap controller I’m happy with the unit and it’s production. It’s only been in use a few days but so far so good. For the price the kit is worth purchasing.

Panel works really well and is well made. I had no damage at all to mine upon arrival. I hooked the panel to a refurbished Bluetti EB70 and under ideal conditions I have gotten 83w of output, which is not bad at all for a $.60/w panel. I have not used the inverter setup yet as the Bluetti has its own, but I plan on setting up a small station using it soon with a decent used AGM from my shop. I will update if anything changes, but for now I would highly recommend this setup.

Two panels combined on bright summer day sun directly over head panels clean 4.2 amps is all they generate combined with two panels.Easy to install complete kit.The controler is made little cheap but the system is low budget so didnโt expect much. Been i service a few months now and no issues

Took a couple hours of direct sunlight to charge a deep cycle rv battery from 11.2 volts to 12.6.Output in direct sunlight is 24 volts.

I have it charging 2 D8 Batteries we use as house batteries for our schoolie and it has performed perfectly we donโt need a huge amount of power since everything is low power usage.

This was a great starter kit, very easy to set up and the battery cable where long enough to run on the outside of my RV to the roof with cable to spare. I added one more 100 watt panel to the starter kit and is powering all my lighting and charging the battery also. I do recommend this kit for the first time solar powered kit user.
